RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Baghakuri, Kumardhubi, Dhanbad conducted its 6th
Awards ceremony, on 1st May 2012, in its own building near Jama Masjid.
The Award Ceremony started at 08:00 AM with recitation of the Holy Quran by Qazi Mushtaque Ahmad a student of class X with translation. After that Sana Tarannum a student of class IX, presented a beautiful Naat
Faiyaz Baig Sb suggested the students to follow the rules and regulations of the coaching. The discipline is important to success. He made an appeal to be a part of the coaching, he put the aim and mission behind this coaching network. He explained how ignorance and illiteracy is the curse for our society, but most people didn’t know how harmful results it has. Young generation would be blessing of the society if it is well educated and cultured, otherwise it would become curse for the society. Students should play positive role to change the society.
The chief Guest of the ceremony Jb. Mohammad EnayatullahSb expressed his happiness to see the performance of the students he awarded, Sakina Khatoon, Nishat Parween and Fahmida Khatoon students of class – X, Sana Tarannum, Rukhsar Parween and Nazneen Qamar students of class IX, Md. Asif Ansari, Ishrat Jahan, and Tarannum Ara students of class VIII, for their best performance in fortnightly tests. He told that guardians are not aware and serious about education of their wards; it is why students are not sincere in their studies. Parents should care and watch the activities and behavior of their wards along with education. He told the students that they are the Leader & Rahbar of the society. In future you have to come forward to get responsibilities of society along with your own family, You have to play role to change the environment. You have to guide the society so be strong and gain weapon of knowledge to fight against poverty, misery, injustice and crime.
Er. Shahid Amin presented brief introduction of Bihar Anjuman's activities, he also explained the aims and objectives of the coaching centre. He told the students that “Rahbar Coaching Centre” is to help the students to make their dream true. He requested the students to take advantage of this excellent opportunity and be engaged in self development. The vote of thanks was delivered by Jb. FaiyazBaig Sb. Awards ceremony, on 4th March 2012, in its own building near Jama
Masjid.
The Award Ceremony started at 08:00 am with recital of the Holy Qura’n with its translation, by a student of ninth.
The Chief Guest, in his speech, appreciated the efforts of Bihar Anjuman to educate the students belonging to weakest economic sections of the society. He advised the team of teachers and the members of the committee to take their responsibilities more seriously. He was very delighted and hopeful to see the confidence in students to make their life better. He also guided the students to improve their skills and studies even further. He also motivated students to do hard work as it is the only key to success in life. According to him, well educated persons are the most precious resources for any society as they guide the whole society towards progress. How can one guide even his own family in the right path if he is not well educated? He emphasized on the importance of education and time management. Addressing the students he said, “Learning is a continuous process but today if you are not better than yesterday, your tomorrow would not be better than as you are now. Time is continuously passing by, and you should be ready to accept new challenges and opportunities of every new day.”
The chief Guest awarded , Sakina Khatoon (class IX), Nishat Parween (class IX), Rabia Khatoon (class IX), Razia Parween (class VIII), and Rukhsar Parween (class VIII) for their best performance in the class. Awards were also distributed among students having hundred percent attendances in their classes, and having maximum up gradation.

Awards ceremony, on 6th Feb 2012, in its own building near Jama
Masjid.
The Award Ceremony started at 08:30 am with recital of the Holy Qura’n by Sabina Saba a student of ninth.
A Quiz programme was conducted by Jb M. Azad Hussain. The students were divided in two groups. Questions from various topics and subjects were chosen for this Quiz each group struggle hard to win, but group of girls was always ahead. Ultimately they defeated the group of boys. Jb. Faiyaz Baig Sb. (The team leader of the coaching) appreciated the students for their General Knowledge and I.Q.
The Chief Guest Jb Muhammad Mushtaque Sb. advised the students for hard work in students life. It is the golden period of the life in which one can shape his future. The struggle in this period gives bright future and bright carrier. Studying and learning must be the hobby for a student. A student must have an aim in life, the aim for the success here and hereafter. This aim will encourage you and you will sustain in difficulties. A person without aim is like a boat without radar. Education is the best weapon to win the race of life. He praised the team and the teachers for shaping life of the students. He has also given tips to secure high marks in matriculation exam.
Other guests also encourage students and they gave tips to secure good marks in the examination. At the end of the programme Students were awarded by guests for securing highest marks in monthly tests. The gift was distributed among all students of class X. This was there farewell ceremony too.

Awards ceremony, on 3rd Jan 2012, in its own building near Jama
Masjid: Janab Er. Rizwan Ahmad, Civil Engg. in Dubai, was the chief guest at the function, while Jb. Muhammad Ali Sb., Jb. Sultan Ahmad Sb., Jb. Muhammad Wakil Ahmad Sb., and Jb. Muhammad Imran Sb. graced the
occasion as special Invitees.
The programme was initiated with Darse Quran (Surah At-Takatur) by the team leader of the coaching Jb Faiyaz Baig. He told how humanity is engaged in mutual rivalry for piling up which has diverted it from more serious things. We should remember our death, the day of Judgment and life which starts from grave and these things are as certain as we are live now. He told that one should be competetive but not at the cost of Akhira. We do should follow the path shown by Allah SWT through his Messenger and it is the only path of success. We should have positive thoughts in our minds and our acts should be constructive of the humanity. He also delivered welcome speech and introduce Bihar Anjuman’s activities in brief.
The Chief Guest of the ceremony Jb. Er. Rizwan Ahmad Sb emphasizing the importance of education he equated it with light. This light should guide our life in a proper way. He also encouraged the students to labour hard to attain their desired goal. The manager Jameel Mazhari also advised the students how they can secure better marks in their exam. He retold the importance of discipline in our life. He also announced the name of awardees.

Kumardhubi, Dhanbad, was the chief guest at the function, while Jb.
Ibrahim Alam Sb., Er. Shahid Amin and Muhammad Wakil Sb. graced the

Ceremony of RAHBAR Coaching Centre Baghakuri was solemnized on
06/12/2011. The Award Ceremony began at 08:00 AM with recitation of
Quran Karim (Surah-Room) by Maulana Md. Azad Hussain Sb. He explained
to the children about the importance of education and development of
skills. He said that we should love all the languages as all languages
are from Almighty Allah, and different languages in the world are
miraculous signs of Allah SWT’s existence. He also delivered welcome
speech and introduced Bihar Anjuman’s activities in brief, in the
absence of Faiyaz Beg Sb who is under treatment, in Patna, after heart
attack.

Stressed upon the necessity of education for development of a person, a
society and a nation. He told that only education can change our life.
Although students are sincere in Science and Mathematics but all
subjects are equally important regarding Matriculation exam result as
well as for their carrier. He advised the students for hard work in all
subjects. Poor performance in any subject can affect their Matric
Result. Without getting good marks in board exam, getting admission in
any college is impossible. He suggested the student to be punctual for
classes and for Namaaz.

Nov 2011
RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Dhanbad, conducted its 1st Awards ceremony on
9th Nov 2011 @ Baghakuri, Kumardhubi. The chief guest on the occasion
was Jb. Mohammad
Salahuddin SB, Fellow of AICWA, and member of the Institute of Intermal
Auditors, Florida, USA - he worked as Group General
Manager for Al Haditha LCC Muscat. The 1sth Award Ceremony of RCC
Baghakuri was solemnized in its Campus at Baghakuri, Kumardhubi. The
ceremony started at 08:00 AM with recitation of the Surah Al-Fatiha
with translation and commentary by Mohammad Faiyaz Baig Sb., the
in-charge of this centre. He also welcomed the guests and introduced
Bihar Anjuman and its effort for betterment of the society.
Jb. Mohammad Salahuddin Sb., expressed his happiness to see this kind
of coaching for poor sections. He advised the students for hard work
and punctuality. According to him, a man must have desire to change the
world for betterment of the humanity. The right goal, high sprit and
hard-work are keys of success.
The chief Guest awarded Chandni Parween (class X), Shabana Parween
(class X), Fahmida Khatoon (class IX), Nishat Parween (class IX), Razia
Parween (class VIII), and Rukhsar Parween (class VIII) for their best
performance in the class.
Other guests awarded students having 100% attendance in their classes.
They also shared their valuable experience with the students and
attendees.

Inauguration
Ceremony on 4th October 2011
RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Dhanbad, got inaugurated on 4th Oct 2011 @
Baghakuri, Kumardhubi, Dhanbad> on 4th Oct, 2011
(http://dhanbad.biharanjuman.org/); function was organized
near the Jama Masjid, at 10am. The
chief guest on the occasion was Janab Mohd Akhlaqur Rahman Khan Sb,
secretary of All India Ideal Teachers Association, Bihar Zone. In his
address, he expressed pleasure at the fact that Bihar Anjuman has
opened many free coaching centres in Bihar and Jharkhand. He
congratulated everyone on their first coaching centre in the district
of Dhanbad, although it was the 18th centre for them, overall. RAHBAR’s
manager, Janab Jameel Mazhari Sb briefed the aims and objectives of
these coaching centres stressing upon the fact that this is a mission
to reduce the school drop-outs among weaker sections of the society,
and that Bihar Anjuman ensures that the students passing 10th grade
from these centres must get respectable employment as quickly as
possible. Janab Fayyaz Beg Sb, the team-leader of RCC Dhanbad explained
the main features of this centre, like the grades that will be coached,
the timing of classes, the admission procedures, assessment system, and
the monthly awards system, etc.
