Jb. Shamsher Sb. has focused on the importance of time and said that time is most wealth of students. Whoever use the time in a proper way, those get success in their real life. The time is the most costly asset for you. You must use the time. The time is likely a snow which is melting speedily. No one can clutch it because it can’t be bought by anyone. Therefore, You must understand the value of time.
Janab T. Ahsan Khan Sb, addressing the students said "You have just listened the importance of time by Shamsher Sb. Really, time is the only wealth of any student. You have heard about APJ Abdul kalam, former President of India and also know him as the Missile Man of India. He has used the time to the fullest, which led to the whatever he achieved for himself and for our country. He may be the most popular person in India. You need to understand that your time is very costly and you must take special care of it, particularly now, when your exams will start soon for which you have to work hard and will have to get the best possible success. Your teachers and members of coaching centre are hard working. If you do not get the desired success, then they will be very disappointed and their work will go vain. We pray to God that your hard work gets you the best of success in your exams, and fulfills the dreams of your teachers.

Br. Ahmad Ullah Falahi gave a welcome speech and introduced all the guests and invitees. He also thanked all the attendees for coming to this award ceremony, in cold weather.
Janab Abid Ali Sb thanked all members of RCC for inviting him, and said “. I have special interest in education and students, and whenever I see students approaching their goals I am delighted very much. In earlier days, there were no such support mechanisms for educating the poor. You have got ideal, experienced and dedicated teachers, who are guiding you. This is the plus point for all, and a great gift from Allah.
Jb. Badar Sayeed sb., the chief guest, expressed his happiness for being given a chance by responsible persons of RAHBAR COACHING CENTRE, to talk and listen to the students. I can confirm that your activities would be very beneficial because the teachers are hard-working. He further said, “Dear students, today’s program is not only for a prize distribution but it genuinely reflects your abilities and achievements. I pray for you that you all get more and more success in educational fields. All responsible persons, included members, teachers and sponsor of coaching centre deserve to be congratulated.

Br. Ahmad Ullah Falahi gave a welcome speech and introduced all the guests and invitees. He also thanked all the attendees for coming to this award ceremony, in cold weather.
Janab S Ahmad Sb in his speech said “Education is the need of each and every family. Education makes the man perfect. However, today education is accessible only to the rich persons, unfortunately. Poor sections remain far away from quality education, because they have to be contented with government schools, and the condition of govt. schools is not good at all. Beyond these govt schools, education is extremely costly. I am very happy that Rahbar coaching is trying to fill this gap. Dear students, this period is very important for you. So, work hard for betterment of your own future. We had to go to teacher’s homes for guidance, because, there were no such facilities in our time. I am very thankful to all responsible people of Rahbar Coaching Centre for inviting me, to get a first-hand feel of genuine social service. I must appreciate your service. It is great to see that you have established the coaching centre with the help of Bihar Anjuman.

2nd Awards Ceremony, 6th
Nov 2011, at picnic spot (1st for any RAHBAR Coaching Centre)
The
chief guest on the occasion was Janab Matin Tarique, B.SC., CM.
Science(RU), P.G in Rural Management, (XISS), MBA, HR (The Global
Nice), M.A in RD(R.U), State Secretary SIO of India (Jharkhand), while
Br. Mojeeb Ullah (Campus Secretary SIO Jharkhand), Shahid Amin, B.E.
(MIT, Muzaffarpur) currently posted at AIIMS-Patna project,
and Jb. Haseeb Ullah (Asst. Teacher D.I.C , Ramgarh) graced the event
as special invitees.
The 2nd Award Ceremony of RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Chitarpur, Ramgarh
was organized on 06-10-2011 (date) at Picnic Spot in a remote site away
from Chitarpur. The Award Ceremony started at 2 pm with recital of the
Holy Qura’n by Sayeed Akram. He is a student of Class VIII of Rahbar
Free Coaching Centre, Chitarpur.
Br Ahmad Ullah Falahi gave welcome speech and introduced all the guests
and invitees. He thanked all who came for this awards ceremony.
Br Mojeeb Ullah, in
his address, said, “I am very happy to come here in an award ceremony
arranged in a jungle area on the riverside of Chitarpur. Today is the
age of Science and Technology; we must work hard to succeed in real
life. Choose a goal for your life. Today, many interesting activities
are being undertaken to promote education and learning; this picnic
program is also its part. I am very hopeful to see your spirited
efforts to get educated, and excel in whatever you undertake as a
mission of your life. It will help improve your knowledge, abilities
and skills, insha-Allah, and these RCCs will be a perfect tool of
positive change in our society.”
Chief guest, Br. Matin Tarique Sb said, “No student’s focus should
deviate from Islamic way of life. It is necessary to keep learning
until death, but education has become business unfortunately, in our
society, instead of an essential element of human development, and this
is why education is getting costlier for needy students. Bihar Anjuman
has taken the right decision to impart education to the poor and weaker
sections of our society who cannot afford it otherwise.”

The first award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre (RCC), Chitarpur was organized on 9th October, 2011 at Darsgah Islami, Chitarpur . The award ceremony started at 2pm with recital of the holy Quran by Manzar Alam, a student of Class X at RCC Chitarpur.
Welcome speech was delivered by Sarfaraz Alam Sb to all guests. He presented a bouquet to Janab Dr. Rrasheed Uddin Ahmad Sb while welcoming him after the introduction of guests. Janab Lal Khan Sb, in his talk, stressed upon the fact that this RCC was the first charity/ social work in this village for needy students. All members of RCC Chitarpur deserve to be congratulated and appreciated for establishing a free coaching centre in this remote part of the world. This credit goes to Bihar Anjuman, who have proved beyond the need for any words that they truly care for our community.
Janab Dr. Akhlaque Ahmad Sb explained why we must include teaching of moral values along with education of other academic subjects - it is important to guide the students towards the point of view of Islam which focuses on moral development of every individual. Bihar Anjuman included Urdu & Islamics in their coaching program along with other subjects. This is a special feature of Bihar Anjuman’s misison.
Janab Dr Rasheed Uddin Ahmad Sb, the chief guest of the ceremony told that he was very happy at being invited to this ceremony. He said, “I Know your activities through your coaching students, and their progress reflects the quality of your efforts. In this regard your hard work will never go waste; it has already influenced the Chitarpur society in many ways. I am hopeful that society will cooperate with you in the best ways possible. I shall be ready to contribute my bit today, tomorrow, and forever, Inshallah.
