RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Muzaffarpur conducted its 19th Awards Ceremony on 22nd January 2012, at Hazrat Ali Academy, Chandwara, Muzaffarpur. The Award Ceremony started with recital of the Holy Qura’n, by Ziaul Hoda, a student of Grade-9. Dr. Aazam Rahmani Sb conducted the function. Janab Prof. M. Mansoor Alam Sb., patron of the RCC emphasized the importance of education, in his address, urged the students to work hard with sincerity and dedication. He prayed to the ALmighty to bless everyone with beneficial knowledge, and said, "Your success is our success and the nation's success. It is indeed very encouraging to see that, in this materialistic world, there are some benevolent people who are selflessly trying to help you and wish for your success."

The chief guest, Janab Shameem Akhtar Sb, Muzaffarpur district Waqf Board, termed this initiative of Bihar Anjuman as a great step. He told the students that education is the sole medium through which they can gain name, fame, respect and wealth."
After the awards were distributed to students, Mr. Anil Kumar, a teacher of the RCC, delivered the vote of thanks to all the attendees. The program ended with the prayer of Prof. M. Mansoor Alam Sb. for Success of Students and the whole Muslim Ummah.

RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Muzaffarpur conducted its 18th Awards Ceremony on 27th December 2011, at Hazrat Ali Academy, Chandwara, Muzaffarpur. The Award Ceremony started with recital of the Holy Qura’n. Dr. Aazam Rahmani Sb conducted the function. Janab Prof. M. Mansoor Alam Sb., patron of the RCC welcomed everyone, and introduced the goals and objectives of RCC. In his brief address, he emphasized importance of education, in the light of Islam and Quran.

The chief guest, Janab Ehtesham Hussain Sb, former ADM, Muzaffarpur, applauded Bihar Anjuman, all its representatives, sponsors, and the people who manage it locally, for this most noble contribution to the society. He prayed to Allah for acceptance of their efforts. He urged the students to pursue their education most sincerely and become successful. He said, "In success lies the success of Bihar Anjuman."
Janab Shahid Athar Sb., representative of Oman chapter of Bihar Anjuman explained the projects and functioning of Bihar Anjuman. He informed the students and RCC committee members that Bihar Anjuman is not only helping the students pass 10th board exam, but it is mainly focused on equipping them with technical qualifications. He assured them that all expenses for further technical education of every student (who qualifies for admission) will be borne by Bihar Anjuman, insha-Allah.

RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Muzaffarpur's 17th Awards Ceremony on 18th Nov 2011, at H.A. ACADEMY Muzaffarpur, started at 03:00 P.M. with recital of the Holy Qura’n by Md. Ashraf, a student of class IX at the RCC.

The Patron of the coaching Prof. M. Mansoor Alam emphasized importance of education and Islam as an essential element of everyone’s life. He said, “This is an era of the science and technology and education should be focused on acquiring knowledge of those areas.” He added that when a man is educated then only one person is educated, but when a woman is educated then an entire family is educated, therefore it is essential to impart education to our women.

Chief Guest, Janab S. Tarique Sb, drew the attendee’s attention to the educational industry of today for whom education is no more than business. There are many coaching centres in Muzaffarpur, but RAHBAR Caching centre stands apart because it is the only one which is trying to impart quality education and that too, absolutely free.
Vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. Anil, teacher at the RCC. The program ended with the prayer of Prof. M. Mansoor Alam Sb. for Success of students and the whole Muslim Ummah.

Ms. Homa Kausar of class 9th, Sarfraz Ahmad and Abdul Majid of class 10thexplained respectively the Sunnah about how to drink water, how to take bath, and “Money is lost nothing is lost, health is lost something is lost but Character is lost everything is lost.”

The Patron of the coaching Prof. M. Mansoor Alam thanked the director of coaching; he said "education's objective is to bring every thing to everyone." He illustrated the example of Sushil of Motihari, a man of lower economic status, who won Rs. 5 Crores in KBC-2011. He said, "This Coaching brings a chance for all students of lowest economic status to achieve what they want. The only means to understand Allah is by education. Students are the leader of humanity and he/she has to feel that this is the best opportunity for all students of weaker section to learn here. If someone has to achieve the success then he/she has to be educated. There are a lot of examples that reminds us that persons from lower economic background became great personalities, it is because of their continuous striving. Financial weakness is not a problem but the problem is commitment. In this Competitive era, everyone has to devote to get desired results. Every learner has to dream big, and then struggle to fulfil the dream with courage and hard work. The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Aazam Rahmani. The program ended with the prayer of Prof. M. Mansoor Alam Sb. for Success of Students and the whole Muslim Ummah.

Chief guest : Janab Mohiuddin Sb, retired Deputy Director of Tourism deptt of govt of Bihar.
The ceremony started with recitation of holy Quran, by Jb Aimal Hashmi Sb, prinicpal of the coaching centre, who also managed the proceedings of this program. He introduced the chief guest and students to each other in his welcome talk.
Professor Jb. Mansoor Alam Sb. who presided over the program, described this coaching project as a golden opportunity for the students and urged them to take maximum benefits from this free coaching which is the most precious gift to them, at this stage. He urged the students to respect the teachers, attend the classes regularly, and continuously strive to improve their performance.
Dr. Azam Rahmani Sb. introduced the coaching centre and its objectives to the audience.
The chief guest highlighted the importance of education for individuals and the society. He further urged the students to obey their parents and teachers as a means to beocme successful in this world as well as in the akhirah.

Janab Noorullah Khan Sb, secretary of Hazrat Ali Academy, attended the ceremony, as chief guest.
The ceremony started with recitation of holy Quran, by Ashraf Firoz Khan, a student of grade-8 at the coaching centre. Jb Aimal Hashmi Sb, prinicpal of the coaching centre managed the progran.
The chief guest, in his talk, described this coaching project as a model for all those who are working to educate the masses or carrry the desire to do so. He told the students that their striving to receive education is a form of worship if they do it with an intention to share the acquired knowledge with others who need it. He highlighted the importance of education for individuals and the society. He further urged the students to obey their parents and teachers as a means to beocme successful in this world as well as in the akhirah.
Aimal Hashmi Sb informed the audience that 20 students of this coaching centre are appearing for the 10 th board exam, this year, and they are expecting 100% success rate, insha-Allah.
The audience were informed that registration for new admissions is in progress. The registered students would be interviewed on 21st March to assess their sincerity. Classes for the new batch would start from 2nd April, insha-Allah.

This awards ceremony coincided with the farewell ceremony of the 10th graders whose board exams start on 23rd Feb 2011. Prof Mansoor Alam Sb presided over the ceremony in which some renowned scholars of the city were present along with Dr. Abuzar Kamaluddin Sb, principal of Science Collge (chief gues).
The ceremony started with recitation of holy Quran, by Hafiz Mohd Adil Sb. After that, Jb Mansoor Alam Sb, in his inaugural talk introduced the RAHBAR Coaching project and highlighted the importance of education for individuals and the society. He thanked Bihar Anjuman for initiating this noble deed and appealed to all the local people to contribute in this endeavour in whatever ways they could. He introduced the chief guest, Dr. Abuzar Kamaluddin Sb, and expressed his gratitude for finding time out of his busy schedule to participate in this awards ceremony.
Dr. Abuzar Kamaluddin Sb appreciated the efforts of Bihar Anjuman, particularly becuase of the pathetic condition of teaching in the govt schools. He applauded the efforts by mentioning that Bihar Anjuman has been able to remove the financial challenges from the path of students who wish to continue with their educational pursuits. He advised the students to study a minimum of 5 hours everyday, even if they are engaged in working to maintain their families. He also advised them to pray 5 times a day with sincerity and thank Allah for the favors they are receiving.
The students received awards from the hands of chief guest and other dignitaries. The ceremony ended with dua by Dr. Aazam Rahmani Sb.
