This centre was initiated by The Aligarh Forum supported by the Aligarh Alumni Association of Washington DC (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TheAligarhForum/)

Bihar Anjuman received TCN Organization of the Year Award, 2010, in New Delhi, on the 4th December 2010.

Highlights:

1. A 4 year girls Nazia Khanum gave welcome speech in English and New Year greeting. She is granddaughter of chief guest Janab M T Khan Sb.
2. Janab Shakeel Asharfi sb, added Rs. 1,200/ to double the award amount to Rs. 2,400/=
3. Prof. Syed Wakil Ashrafi Sb announced to donate Rs.2,000/= every year to best two students of the year. This donation will continue till his retirement.
4. Two presents were gifted by Janab Shahid Athar Sb, one to a girl student and other to the convener, Janab Md. Enam Khan Sb.

Report of Award Ceremony:

The 28th Award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre, @ Patna was held on 25th December 2011 at 3 PM in Najam High School. The programme started with recitation of Quran by Tasneem Fatma, a girl student of grade 9.
Syed Shakeel Asharifi Sb introduced BA and its activities to new visitors. History of BA was presented briefly, after which he explained the motive behind these coaching centres.
Shahid Athar sb was very happy to see a very simple award ceremony with no expenses where chief guest, teacher and students are sitting close to each other in one small room.
Mr. Md. Allauddin Khan Sb, a senior consultant engineer of AIIMS, Patna, told students that he was born in Kolkata in a slum mohalla and he fought against poverty by studying 10 and more hours, with a dream to become an engineer one day. He said, “The importance of education is that I am standing in front of you as an engineer, otherwise I would have been a beggar in some street of Kolkata. Now you can understand the importance of education.”

Prof. Syed Wakil Asharifi Sb, was surprised to see the coaching centre and when he was told that a coaching centre is running in Sitamarhi too, he wanted to have details of Sitamarhi coaching centre. He offered two awards to one boy and one girl student at end of each academic session. This award will be given in the name of his father Syed Abdul Jabbar Asharfi and mother Zaibunnisa. The total amount will be given Rs.2000/= every year till his retirement.
M T Khan Sb, a retired registrar, talked about peace & love for everyone. This is the ultimate aim of education.
Shahid Athar sb presented two gifts which he brought from Muscat - one to a girl student and another to Md. Enam khan Sb.
Janab Najmul Hassan Najmi sb gave a vote of thanks to all attendees, and after his speech, the programme ended with his dua.

Free Winter Garments to all students of RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Patna, 26th Nov 2011

It was a promise well-kept by Dr. Zia Sb. During his visit in December 2010, when he was the chief guest in the awards ceremony of RCC Patna wherein winter clothes were distributed, he had promised that the winter clothes in 2011 would be sponsored by him. Subhanallah! He paid full expenses involved. Patna chapter, under the leadership of Janab Enam Khan Sb purchased the following items and distributed them in the 27th awards ceremony of RCC Patna on 26th November, in the presence and by the hands of the sponsor Janab Dr. Zia Usman Sb.

27th  Awards Ceremony [26-11-2011] @ Patna

RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Patna conducted its 27th Awards Ceremony on 26th Nov 2011, at Najam High School at 11 AM. Captain Dr. S. M. Osama Sb, Consultant Physician & Cardiologist and Janab Zia Usman Sb, former president of AMU Alumni Association of Greater Chicago, USA were the chief guests at this function, while Janab Md. Enam Khan Sb, Janab Najmul Hassan Najmi Sb, Janab Mullick Habib Ghufran Sb, Mr. Jameel Mazhari, BA Manager., Arun Kumar (Teacher), Santosh Kumar (Teacher), Miss Nuzhat (Teacher), Mr. Nishat (Teacher), graced the occasion as special Invitees. The 27th Award ceremony started at 3 PM with recitation of Quran by Tasneem Fatma, a girl student of grade 9.

Our chief guest Dr. S M Osama sb advised all students to concentrate on their studies because the future of community and country is on their shoulders. This could be achieved by doing hard work and remaining healthy for education physically and mentally. Attendance in the class room must be 100% and the aim for scores above 90%. Then, they will stand in today’s competition. He said, “You are lucky that Bihar Anjuman is spending so much money on your future. You must grab this opportunity to turn your life around”. Dr.Zia Usman sb visited Patna coaching centre 2nd time. Last year he announced to give woolen garment to all students. He sponsored winter clothes for students, teacher, and RAHBAR’s manager worth Rs.15500/-. He was very happy to see so many girl students in the RCC, because his association in USA advocates education for Indian girls. Enam Khan Sb introduced the concept of RAHBAR coaching centres, and all the 19 centres of Bihar & Jharkand. He explained how these awards ceremonies generate tough competition among the student to achieve best results, leading to the final goal of doing well in 10th board examination. Najmul Hassan Najmi sb thanked the guests and program ended over the dua of Dr. S M Osama sb.

26th  Awards Ceremony [23-10-2011] @ Patna

RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Patna conducted its 26th Awards Ceremony on 23rd October 2011, at Najam High School at 11 AM. Janab Dr. Syed Shah Taqiuddin,Nadvi, Salfi, Madni & Mazhari ,was the chief guest at the function, while Md. Enam Khan, Najmul Hassan Najmi, Mullick Habib Ghufran, Jameel Mazhari, BA Manager., Masood Jami, Qaumi Tanzeem reporter, Arun Kumar (Teacher), Santosh Kumar (Teacher), Miss Nuzhat (Teacher), Mr. Nishat (Teacher), graced the occasion as special Invitees. The programme was started with recitation of Quran by a girl child. Najmul Hassan Najmi sb welcomed the guests and chief guest was incidentally his relative as well.

Janab Enam Khan Sb informed the students that 19 RCC is inaugurated and competition is tough for 10th grade students. He told them that 8 students of MANUU passed their 1st year exams who were sitting in front of us in 2009. Now it is their turn to go to diploma engineering if they performed well.
Chief guest, Dr. Syed Shah Taqiuddin Sb, narrated his student life, describing how he started from Madarsa, then to Banaras Salfia and to Nadwa and to Madina and finally Jamia Azhar in Egypt. He was teaching Arabic, Hadis and Quran to Arabs, for 45 years in Saudi Arabia. He told the students “poverty is never an impediment in getting high education. You are lucky that BA is giving full support to you, so take advantage of it”. He gave interview to Qaumi tanzeem Urdu daily of Patna.

The programme started with recitation of Quran. Then, Jb. Enam Khan Sb introduced Bihar Anjuman and its activities, including other coaching centres. He informed the audience that 4 new centres were added in April-May 2011, namely at Sitamarhi, Kishanganj, Hajipur & Gopalganj. The total number of coaching centres reached 14, Alhamdolillah

Miss Zeshan Ali narrated the life in USA and asked girl students to rise to highest levels of excellence through education as she did and bagged a prestigious fellowship in USA. She advised the students to respect teachers, to be always disciplined. She also emphasized the importance of time management. Highlighting the importance of education she advised young girls and boys to set higher goals and work towards them.
 
The chief guest, Mr. Shaukat Ali sb, told the students that he belongs to a village where there is no case of theft for last 50 years because everyone is poor and uneducated. He is the only son of the village who got educated and reached the senior manager position. He motivated the students by telling them that their condition, today, was better than his condition in his native village. By working hard, they could reach any heights of success.
 
Janab Ghufran Sb. Spoke of high values and the importance of target setting and working on it. He said that there is nothing impossible for human being.

Finally vote of thanks was presented by Najmul Hassan Najmi Sb. on behalf of Bihar Anjuman to guests for coming to this function.

The programme started with recitation of Quran by a girl student of grade 8. Enam Khan Sb introduced BA and its activities, including the coaching centers. He mentioned that, by 1st. of April insha-Allah, we will be including another four centers. Br. S.M. Saifullah Sb announced the name of award winning students and awards are given by our distinguished guests Dr. Ahmad Abdul Hai sb, Dr. Imtiaz Khan sb, Md. Nauman Khan sb.
 
Dr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan Sb, narrated the difficulties of his own school days. He was the first person from his village, Olhanpur, who came out from school and reached Medical College. He remembers carrying the dream of becoming Dr. Nawab, Dr. Mahmood Shah and Dr. Hai  (senior) one day.  Those days were much more difficult than the students face today. It's only due to hard work that he reached UK, and each of the coaching students can also do the same.
 
Md. Nauman Khan Sb, on vacation from UK, explained the importance of education and requested young girls and boys to do hard work to achieve bigger goals.
 
Chief guest, Dr. Ahmad Abdul Hai sb., narrated the story of his retired friend, J P Sinha, an IPS, who moved to Bihar from Delhi and worked in Musahar community (the lowliest in the Hindu caste hierarchy). He picked up few boys of Musahar who did not even know how to wear slippers in their feet, and educated them to such height that a visiting teacher from UK was surprised to see the calibre of students. He appreciated the work of Bihar Anjuman and assured that if RAHBAR gets FCRA approval, then he will help us with good donation.
 
Br. Asif Akhtar Sb, represented Jb. Tanveer Zubair Sb. of Charity Way Foundation, USA, and assured Bihar Anjuman the sponsorship of one centre, in the year 2011. He also offered his help in establishing a coaching centre either in Biharsharif or Nawadah. He also thanked the guests for coming to this function.

The programme started with recitation of Quran by a girl student. Br. S.M.Saifullah announced the name of award winning students and awards were given by our chief guest Dr.Khursheed Mallick sb. He drew the attention of students towards the guests who were sitting in front of students. This is only possible due to education. He urged the students do real hard work. He said, "I wish to become a student all over again, if Bihar Ajnuman helps me in my studies. I would not have to go throug the challenges that I had to, during my first innings, because then, there were no such NGOs helping the educational pursuits of the needy. You are really lucky that you get such support. You must make the best use of this support of BA."
Br. Shoib Khan Sb gave last advice to outgoing students of grade 10 and wished them a great success. Nazim Imarat Sharia prayed for their success. Br. Najmul Hassan Najmi thanked the guests. Programme ended in Nazim sb  dua.

The programme started with recitation of Quran by Mufti Suhrab Nadvi, Naib Nazim Imarat Sharia. Enam Khan Sb informed visitors about 10 running Rahbar Coaching in Bihar & Jharkand.
Woolen jackets and Ladies cardigans were then distributed to every student @ RAHBAR Coaching centre, Patna. This was purchased from local collection from Mrs. Shabana Khan Sahiba, Shoib Khan Sb and Md. Enam Khan Sb.

Our chief guest Dr. Zia Usman Sb said, "I am astonished to see these children especially so many girls students. And I am equally surprised to see non Muslim teacher employed by you." He was very impressed with the mechanism of this coaching program, and he mentioned in his talk, "I am moved by your efforts, and the hard work of teachers and students." He announced that next winter, all woolen garments will be donated by him.
Mufti Maulana Suhrab Nadvi Sb said, "if you go to market, every one purchase quality product.  BA is giving ground work to you.  You have to do hard work to show your quality. Simply passing the matric examination has no value. If you are a quality product then organization will come to you otherwise you have to run for organization. No one will take you if you do not have the quality that the market wants. Take advantage  of this program, and produce results of best possible quality."

The programme started with recitation of Quran by Mufti Sanaul Hoda Qasmi, Naib Nazim Imarat Sharia. Enam Khan Sb introduced 10 running Rahbar Coaching Centre and the team leader of Patna, Gopalganj, Rafiganj, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Arwal, Samastipur, Olhanpur (Saran), Jamshedpur & Chakradharpur. Enam Khan Sb also informed them that shortly voliunteers are working to establish coaching centres at many other places, including 1. Hajipur, 2. Gaya, 3. Motihari, 4. Katihar, 5. Siwan & 6. Biharsharif.  Wherever the required coaching guidelines are fulfilled, first, the centre will start at once, insha-Allah.
Mufti Sanaul Hoda Qasmi Sb explained the importance of education by mentioning “Iqra” and explained it.
Dr. Syed Shah Taqiuddin sb in a very short speech explained the importance of Taleem and read his poetry in Urdu. Najmul Hassan Najmi sb thanked the visitors.

Every month we are introducing dignitaries in the function. This is for motivation to under privileged students of coaching centre. This time Er. Sultan Ahmad Sb, Managing Director of Megasoft Educations Pvt. Ltd. was our chief guest. The other dignitaries present were Haseen Raza Khan Sb (KSA), Ajaz Haque Sb (Jeddah Chapter), Mullick Habib Ghufran Sb, Manzurul Haque Sb, Irshad Hussain Sb (Pesident SIO Bihar) Wajid Sb, Abid Sb, Maulana Shibli Qasmi Sb & Faiz Khan Sb.   
The programme started with recitation of Quran by Maulana Hakeem Md. Shibli Sb, Imam Karbala Masjid. Enam Khan Sb introduced BA in short and about future programme of BA and opening of few more new centers shortly.
Then Irshad Hussain Sb, President of SIO, Bihar, explained importance of education among muslims, both male & female children - all his talk was with reference to Quran.
Manzurul Haque Sb, ret. Judge Attorney General, NSG. He advised good student to share their knowledge with weaker students.
Mullick Habib Ghufran Sb, ret Neterhat school Principal, Chairman Manuu & ret. Principal, advised students to study with (1) Concentration with understanding (2) Association with known to unknown (3) Repetition. He explained every points to students.
Sultan Ahmad Sb, I.T Engineer and Managing Director of Megasoft educations Pvt. Ltd. He was impressed with BA and its activities. He  advised the student to do hard work to achieve the goal and offer his services.

The 12th award ceremony was held on 24th August 2010 in Najam High School Patna at 2 P.M.  Our chief guest was Janab Fazal e Rab, Prsesident of Rabta committee. He gave a long lecture to students citing many examples of persons like Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President of India, and father of Indian space technology, who came from similar family background as the students at these coaching centres. He urged the students to do hard work as they have got a very lucky platform. Every student must utilize it to the maximum.
Shoib Khan sb, IPS, in his lecture to students cited the example of 4 students of last batch who are getting admission in diploma civil engineering in MANUU, thus fulfilling a dream that only the children of well-to-do families have.
Janab Enam Khan Sb recited part of Quran and the programme ended over Dua by him. Manzurul Haque sb was present in the meeting, to encourage the students. Under his focused efforts, the boys from last batch of Grade-10 had been able to reach MANUU.

The 11th award ceremony was held on 26th July 2010 in Najam High School Patna at 5 P.M.  Mr. Mumtaz Alam Falahi, took video interview of Br. Anwar Bari Sb, asking questions about activities of BA. He covered the entire awards ceremony, and published it in his newspaper [ click to read ]. The awards were given by Anwar Bari Sb, Tarique Farid Sb and Mumtaz Alam Falahi Sb. Br. Anwar Bari attended awards ceremony at Muzzaffarpur (22 July) and Darbhanga (24 July) also.  He motivated the students to do hard work and take advantage of this coaching centre. He introduced the 4 boys who qualified for engineering, few days back they were sitting on benches and after few days, insha-Allah, they will stand here as chief guests.  Mumtaz Alam Falahi Sb also gave short speech along with Tarique Farid Sb. The programme started with recitation of Quran by Enam Khan Sb, who then introduced the guests. The programme ended with the Dua of Maulana Anisur Rahman Qasmi Sb.
