The 43rd award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre @ Patna started at 11.45 AM with recitation of holy Quran.

Janab Najmul Hassan Najmi sb welcome the guest and gave introduction lecture. Then I informed them nearly 500 students appeared in Matric examination this year of RCC in Bihar/ Jharkand. All the students of RCC Patna who appeared in 10 gr. Examination were present and showed their confidence of getting 1st division which is confirmed by teachers. Let us wait for result. I have advised them to fill up MANUU form and choice for girls should be Hyderabad.

Janab Shoaib khan sb informed students about MANUU test. Total question will be 100 and time allotted will be 2 hrs. 50% questions will be from Mathematics, 25% question will be from chemistry and 25 % question will be from Physics. He explained technique, how to solve objective questions.
Janab Rustam Ali sb said that he was very impressed with BA system of educating underprivileged students and he wanted to implement at his village in Aurangabad where he is running school since 1971. Program ended over the dua of Rustam Ali sb

The 42nd award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre @ Patna was unique due to the farewell to outgoing students of grade 10, who were asked to speak about three year coaching experience in BA under RCC. Students narrated their experience with BA coaching centre; it was a great experience to all of them. They were very weak in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathmatics and SS, when they joined the RCC, however, they were now so confidently speaking about all subjects, which surprised all of us. The students who spoke included Md. Zameer (gr.10), Zeenat Parveen (gr.10), Naim Azhar (gr.10), Shagufta Sultan (gr.10), Nahid Parveen (gr. 9), Fiza Fatima (gr.9), and Uzma Adil (gr.10).

The chief guest, Mrs. Rozina Khanum, explained teaching courses for matric & non matric. She announced that she would give away 5 seats to students of BA in helping B. Tech. admission. She can also provide jobs to students of gr. 8 to intermediate levels. She provided information that Govt. of India was helping minorities in getting jobs, and she can help them grab this excellent opportunity.

The 41st award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre @ Patna was held on 23rd December at 11 AM in Najam High School. Nishi Sultan, a student of class 10th at RCC Patna recited the holy Quran before commencement of proceedings.
Janab Mohd Enam Khan Sb. introduced all the guests and invitees to the audience, and pointed out that only three students are wearing winter Jacket which was given to them and no girl student was wearing shawl. However, they said, outside we are told by other boys students that this is from zakat money, so it is haram.
However, Rustam Ali sb explained what is zakat and told them to take care of target and do not mind on others comment. You have to achieve your goal with hard labor.

Janab Ghufran sb once again explained the new methodology of reading books and how to retain in one's memory what one has read.
Syed Saifullah Qadri sb was quite impressed with the work of BA and expressed his sincere happiness at meeting the RCC students. He motivated them to study charter accountancy. He explained how this is also one of the best career opportunities available to the hard-working students.

Janab Rustam Ali sb gave a long lecture about education. He explained, why son of rich parents are not doing better in examination as compare to students belonging to poor family. He gave an example, if you have a room to live, the article in it is limited and time consume in cleaning will be short and rest of time will go to books. But, if, you have a big house with so many items, more time will be consumed in maintaining it. That’s why you will give less time to books.

Ghufran sb explained technique of reading in class rooms. He said, first you give a rapid reading then you note down points and finally closed the book and try to recall the points you have noted down with the help of book.

Janab Enam Khan Sb., attending the 1st awards ceremony after performing Hajj, brief the audience about organizing Award Ceremonies in all RCCs and reporting the performance to the sponsors and Bihar Anjuman every month. He urged the students to concentrate on their aim of making the best of their educational career and work hard to reach their target. He also informed the audience that eight students of this RCC completed their Diploma Engg from MANUU in June 2013. There are also six students doing diploma from previous batch. Three girl students qualified for the diploma engg courses, and all of them are doing very well.
Dr. Khursheed Mallick Sb., a medical consultant doctor (retired), better known for his noble social initiatives to empower the muslim community, asked some important questions to students and discussed them interactively. He explained why they must have knowledge of those subjects and how they are related to their academic goal. He advised them to complete all their homework the same day; if they miss it one day, it will become more difficult the next day, because the next day they will have two lesson’s homework. He said that time is really precious; it never comes again.

Janab Najmul Hasan Najmi Sb. introduced all the guests and invitees to the audience. He informed them that we organize an Award Ceremony every month and publish the report on the website which has dedicated page for this centre, as also for every centre. He suggested to students that they must focus only on their aim and to do everything to reach the target they set. He shared the good news that 24 RAHBAR Coaching Centres is operating in 23 districts of Bihar and Jharkhand. Later, he invited Prof. Mahmood Sb. to express his views and share his experiences.

Report of Award Ceremony:

The 37th award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre @ Patna was held on 23rd September at 11 AM in Najam High School. Zameer, a student of class 10th at RCC Patna recited the holy Quran before commencement of proceedings.
First of all Md. Jameel Mazhari told the audience that this the 37th Award Ceremony of Patna Chapter. This is the first award ceremony which we have organized the most in the absence of most important person, our guardian Enam Khan Sb. Mr. Jameel said that you will be very to know that Enam Khan Sb. has gone for HAJJ. We should make dua for him that he and his companions will be return with their good health, eiman and like a new born baby who has no Gunah on him.
After that Janab Najmul Hasan Najmi Sb talked to students very politely on many small but important points. However, he alarmed the students that if their performance does not improve, it would mean that they come there only for passing time. If that be the case, they might be spoiling the chance of other sincere students who could benefit from this free coaching, and achieve their goals as well as the objective of Bihar Anjuman and sponsors. He warned that in such cases, we would be forced to strike of the names of students who are not interested in their studies. He put forward many examples before the students of success of hard-working students, to convince them easily.

Later, Er. Shahid Amin Sb. talked about the syllabus of the RCC students. He urged the students of class Xth to set their eyes on the competitive exams, and prepare accordingly. He said that if they have to clear any competitive exams, they have to study all their lessons deeply, and try to gain a good understanding. He added that although the questions will be from these lessons, they would try to test real understanding of the topics rather than seeking straightforward answers. He suggested them to purchase guides and question banks of previous exams.

Report of Award Ceremony:

The 36th award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre @ Patna was held on 26th August at 11 AM in Najam High School. A student of RCC Patna recited surah the holy Quran before commencement of proceedings.
Patna Coaching centre completed its three years. Janab Enam Khan Sb. thanked Br. Najmul Hassan Najmi sb for providing his school to Bihar Anjuman for operating the coaching centre under his supervision. On this occasion all the students of Patna who qualified for MANUU diploma engineering were present.
The 2010 batch of students explained their experience in Hyderabad & Darbhanga while attending diploma engineering courses in MANUU polytechnics there. They will be completing their courses in August 2013. After that 2011 students of MANUU happily narrated their experience in diploma engineering and finally 2012 students including three girl students narrated one month experience of attending diploma engineering. This sharing of experience was arranged to motivate present students so that they prepare harder for next year’s diploma engineering entrance exams.
Janab Enam Khan Sb. introduced all the students of MANUU to the audience, and explained their poor background and how they did hard work to reach this coveted place. They are the real ZERO TO HERO icons.

The 34th award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre @ Patna was held on 24th June at 5 PM in Najam High School. A student of gr. 10 recited surah Al-Asr with translation. A lecture was arranged on the topic “Taleem Ki Ahmeyat” for motivation of all students of RCC.

All the 19 successful students who appeared in Board examination were awarded a medal each by Patna Chapter through Janab Anwarul Zohar sb and Naushad Ansari sb, and an open discussion was held between students and Shob Khan sb along with us for their future, after end of the programme.
Award of Rs.500/: Br. Naushad Ansari gave two awards of Rs.500/ from his personal account to one male & one female student. Osama Nasim got 78.2 % and Khadeja Mastoor got 75 % in the board examination of 2012. They were the beneficiaries. Normal monthly awards were also given by Janab Anwarul Zoha sb, Chief Guest, and Janab Nushad Ansari sb.
He spoke about classes in govt. school. He said all teachers are engaged in govt. yojna and no one has time to take classes in govt. school e.g cycle yojna, food yojna dress yojna, scholarship yojna etc. There were 18 students of his school present. He appreciated BA work in uplifting of underprivileged students. They are real Hero from zero. Other speakers were Shoib Khan, Tabrez Ahmad and I along with Najmul Hassan Najmi sb

Janab Md. Ehtesham Katoni Sb, the chief guest, delivered one hour-long lecture on Taleem ki Ahmiayat which was very informative. His talk was very interested, particularly as he quoted the life history of many educated people who have inspired the entire country. For example, he related the story of Abrahum Linchon who was the son of a carpenter but he made the president of America.

The 32nd award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre @ Patna was held on 22nd April at 11.45 AM in Najam High School. A student of gr. 10 recited surah Fatiha with translation. A lecture was arranged on the topic “Iflaas aur Taleem” for motivation of new students of class VIII.

Janab Abdul Aleem Khan Falki Sb delivered a lecture on the curse of dowry which is unfortunately prevalent widely in marriages of our society. He is a prolific writer, participates regularly in conferences on social issues, has written many books. His latest and most popular addition is “MEN ALSO SELL FOR DOWRY”. Although he belongs to Hyderabad, and works in Jeddah, he travelled all the way to Bihar to spread awareness of the ill-effects of dowry, and to persuade members of the society to refrain from this unnecessary evil. He bears all the expenses of his mission all alone. His topic was closely related to the theme of debate for this awards ceremony. He had a pre-scheduled press conference in about 45 minutes time, still, he did not mind spending time with the RCC students, and he distributed award to successful students.

Janab Enam Khan Sb introduced the guests and the newly-admitted students of Grade-8. The chief guest, Janab Rustam Ali sb, who had proposed the introduction of topic of debate for each awards ceremony, delivered a scintillating lecture on this ceremony’s theme “Iflaas aur Taleem”. It contained so rich in information that it is almost impossible to present them in this brief report.

Report of Award Ceremony:

The 31st award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre @ Patna was held on 25th February at 11.30 AM in Najam High School. A student of gr. 10 recited surah Fatiha with translation. A galaxy of stars was present in this award ceremony. Janab Enam Khan Sb introduced them one by one and explained the activities of BA w.r.t coaching centres. The number of coaching centers is increasing very fast, he urged the students to remain target-oriented in their studies.
Our chief guest Janab Rustam Ali sb was very happy to see this coaching centre. He was involved in managing such type of coaching centres in the past, but was unable to continue his association. However, he is running a coaching centre in his village in Aurangabad district. He told students that he is a villager and came to Patna to study in Patna Science College. He said education is just like a big spoon; you are regularly using it in pot and then cleaning it and again using it; use this spoon of your brain.
Another chief guest, Janab Maj. Wasim Ahmad sb said that he belonged to army because of his desire to serve the country. He motivated students to perform well and join the Indian army.

Janab Dr. Khursheed Mallick sb asked questions to students and interacted with them to explore their feelings, requirements, and progress.
Janab Dr. Laique Ahmad sb was happy to see members of Jeddah chapter. In his short speech, he explained activities in Jeddah. He was delivering his talk by sitting in his chair, having gone through bypass surgery recently (in Riyadh).

Then, welcoming the guests, Najmul Hassan Najmi sb talked about his experience of running school for 30 years. He also guided the students on how to improve in their studies.
Then, Enam Sb explained the activities of BA with respect to coaching centres - the number of coaching centers is increasing very fast. He advised the students to remain target-oriented in their studies. The gr.10 students are busy with their board exams. Enam Sb also welcomed the new honourable guests and introduced Bihar Anjuman to them.

She is associated with teaching for a very long time. She said, “you are lucky that BA is supporting you to get some real education. Report of Award Ceremony:

The 28th Award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre, @ Patna was held on 25th December 2011 at 3 PM in Najam High School. The programme started with recitation of Quran by Tasneem Fatma, a girl student of grade 9.
Syed Shakeel Asharifi Sb introduced BA and its activities to new visitors. History of BA was presented briefly, after which he explained the motive behind these coaching centres.
Shahid Athar sb was very happy to see a very simple award ceremony with no expenses where chief guest, teacher and students are sitting close to each other in one small room.
Mr. Md. Allauddin Khan Sb, a senior consultant engineer of AIIMS, Patna, told students that he was born in Kolkata in a slum mohalla and he fought against poverty by studying 10 and more hours, with a dream to become an engineer one day. He said, “The importance of education is that I am standing in front of you as an engineer, otherwise I would have been a beggar in some street of Kolkata. Now you can understand the importance of education.”

Prof. Syed Wakil Asharifi Sb, was surprised to see the coaching centre and when he was told that a coaching centre is running in Sitamarhi too, he wanted to have details of Sitamarhi coaching centre. He offered two awards to one boy and one girl student at end of each academic session. This award will be given in the name of his father Syed Abdul Jabbar Asharfi and mother Zaibunnisa. The total amount will be given Rs.2000/= every year till his retirement.
M T Khan Sb, a retired registrar, talked about peace & love for everyone. This is the ultimate aim of education.
Shahid Athar sb presented two gifts which he brought from Muscat - one to a girl student and another to Md. Enam khan Sb.
Janab Najmul Hassan Najmi sb gave a vote of thanks to all attendees, and after his speech, the programme ended with his dua.

Dr.Zia Usman sb visited Patna coaching centre 2nd time. Last year he announced to give woolen garment to all students. He sponsored winter clothes for students, teacher, and RAHBAR’s manager worth Rs.15500/-. He was very happy to see so many girl students in the RCC, because his association in USA advocates education for Indian girls. Enam Khan Sb introduced the concept of RAHBAR coaching centres, and all the 19 centres of Bihar & Jharkand. He explained how these awards ceremonies generate tough competition among the student to achieve best results, leading to the final goal of doing well in 10th board examination. Janab Enam Khan Sb informed the students that 19 RCC is inaugurated and competition is tough for 10th grade students. He told them that 8 students of MANUU passed their 1st year exams who were sitting in front of us in 2009. Now it is their turn to go to diploma engineering if they performed well.
Chief guest, Dr. Syed Shah Taqiuddin Sb, narrated his student life, describing how he started from Madarsa, then to Banaras Salfia and to Nadwa and to Madina and finally Jamia Azhar in Egypt. He was teaching Arabic, Hadis and Quran to Arabs, for 45 years in Saudi Arabia. He told the students “poverty is never an impediment in getting high education. You are lucky that BA is giving full support to you, so take advantage of it”. He gave interview to Qaumi tanzeem Urdu daily of Patna.

The programme started with recitation of Quran. Then, Jb. Enam Khan Sb introduced Bihar Anjuman and its activities, including other coaching centres. He informed the audience that 4 new centres were added in April-May 2011, namely at Sitamarhi, Kishanganj, Hajipur & Gopalganj. The total number of coaching centres reached 14, Alhamdolillah

Miss Zeshan Ali narrated the life in USA and asked girl students to rise to highest levels of excellence through education as she did and bagged a prestigious fellowship in USA. She advised the students to respect teachers, to be always disciplined. She also emphasized the importance of time management. Highlighting the importance of education she advised young girls and boys to set higher goals and work towards them.
 
The chief guest, Mr. Shaukat Ali sb, told the students that he belongs to a village where there is no case of theft for last 50 years because everyone is poor and uneducated. He is the only son of the village who got educated and reached the senior manager position. He motivated the students by telling them that their condition, today, was better than his condition in his native village. By working hard, they could reach any heights of success.
 
Janab Ghufran Sb. Spoke of high values and the importance of target setting and working on it. He said that there is nothing impossible for human being.

Finally vote of thanks was presented by Najmul Hassan Najmi Sb. on behalf of Bihar Anjuman to guests for coming to this function.

The programme started with recitation of Quran by a girl student of grade 8. Enam Khan Sb introduced BA and its activities, including the coaching centers. He mentioned that, by 1st. of April insha-Allah, we will be including another four centers. Br. S.M. Saifullah Sb announced the name of award winning students and awards are given by our distinguished guests Dr. Ahmad Abdul Hai sb, Dr. Imtiaz Khan sb, Md. Nauman Khan sb.
 
Dr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan Sb, narrated the difficulties of his own school days. He was the first person from his village, Olhanpur, who came out from school and reached Medical College. He remembers carrying the dream of becoming Dr. Nawab, Dr. Mahmood Shah and Dr. Hai  (senior) one day.  Those days were much more difficult than the students face today. It's only due to hard work that he reached UK, and each of the coaching students can also do the same.
 
Md. Nauman Khan Sb, on vacation from UK, explained the importance of education and requested young girls and boys to do hard work to achieve bigger goals.
 
Chief guest, Dr. Ahmad Abdul Hai sb., narrated the story of his retired friend, J P Sinha, an IPS, who moved to Bihar from Delhi and worked in Musahar community (the lowliest in the Hindu caste hierarchy). He picked up few boys of Musahar who did not even know how to wear slippers in their feet, and educated them to such height that a visiting teacher from UK was surprised to see the calibre of students. He appreciated the work of Bihar Anjuman and assured that if RAHBAR gets FCRA approval, then he will help us with good donation.
 
Br. Asif Akhtar Sb, represented Jb. Tanveer Zubair Sb. of Charity Way Foundation, USA, and assured Bihar Anjuman the sponsorship of one centre, in the year 2011. He also offered his help in establishing a coaching centre either in Biharsharif or Nawadah. He also thanked the guests for coming to this function.

The programme started with recitation of Quran by a girl student. Br. S.M.Saifullah announced the name of award winning students and awards were given by our chief guest Dr.Khursheed Mallick sb. He drew the attention of students towards the guests who were sitting in front of students. This is only possible due to education. He urged the students do real hard work. He said, "I wish to become a student all over again, if Bihar Ajnuman helps me in my studies. I would not have to go throug the challenges that I had to, during my first innings, because then, there were no such NGOs helping the educational pursuits of the needy. You are really lucky that you get such support. You must make the best use of this support of BA."
Br. Shoib Khan Sb gave last advice to outgoing students of grade 10 and wished them a great success. Nazim Imarat Sharia prayed for their success. Br. Najmul Hassan Najmi thanked the guests. Programme ended in Nazim sb  dua.

The programme started with recitation of Quran by Mufti Suhrab Nadvi, Naib Nazim Imarat Sharia. Enam Khan Sb informed visitors about 10 running Rahbar Coaching in Bihar & Jharkand.
Woolen jackets and Ladies cardigans were then distributed to every student @ RAHBAR Coaching centre, Patna. This was purchased from local collection from Mrs. Shabana Khan Sahiba, Shoib Khan Sb and Md. Enam Khan Sb.

Our chief guest Dr. Zia Usman Sb said, "I am astonished to see these children especially so many girls students. And I am equally surprised to see non Muslim teacher employed by you." He was very impressed with the mechanism of this coaching program, and he mentioned in his talk, "I am moved by your efforts, and the hard work of teachers and students." He announced that next winter, all woolen garments will be donated by him.
Mufti Maulana Suhrab Nadvi Sb said, "if you go to market, every one purchase quality product.  BA is giving ground work to you.  You have to do hard work to show your quality. Simply passing the matric examination has no value. If you are a quality product then organization will come to you otherwise you have to run for organization. No one will take you if you do not have the quality that the market wants. Take advantage  of this program, and produce results of best possible quality."

The programme started with recitation of Quran by Mufti Sanaul Hoda Qasmi, Naib Nazim Imarat Sharia. Enam Khan Sb introduced 10 running Rahbar Coaching Centre and the team leader of Patna, Gopalganj, Rafiganj, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Arwal, Samastipur, Olhanpur (Saran), Jamshedpur & Chakradharpur. Enam Khan Sb also informed them that shortly voliunteers are working to establish coaching centres at many other places, including 1. Hajipur, 2. Gaya, 3. Motihari, 4. Katihar, 5. Siwan & 6. Biharsharif.  Wherever the required coaching guidelines are fulfilled, first, the centre will start at once, insha-Allah.
Mufti Sanaul Hoda Qasmi Sb explained the importance of education by mentioning “Iqra” and explained it.
Dr. Syed Shah Taqiuddin sb in a very short speech explained the importance of Taleem and read his poetry in Urdu. Najmul Hassan Najmi sb thanked the visitors.

Every month we are introducing dignitaries in the function. This is for motivation to under privileged students of coaching centre. This time Er. Sultan Ahmad Sb, Managing Director of Megasoft Educations Pvt. Ltd. was our chief guest. The other dignitaries present were Haseen Raza Khan Sb (KSA), Ajaz Haque Sb (Jeddah Chapter), Mullick Habib Ghufran Sb, Manzurul Haque Sb, Irshad Hussain Sb (Pesident SIO Bihar) Wajid Sb, Abid Sb, Maulana Shibli Qasmi Sb & Faiz Khan Sb.   
The programme started with recitation of Quran by Maulana Hakeem Md. Shibli Sb, Imam Karbala Masjid. Enam Khan Sb introduced BA in short and about future programme of BA and opening of few more new centers shortly.
Then Irshad Hussain Sb, President of SIO, Bihar, explained importance of education among muslims, both male & female children - all his talk was with reference to Quran.
Manzurul Haque Sb, ret. Judge Attorney General, NSG. He advised good student to share their knowledge with weaker students.
Mullick Habib Ghufran Sb, ret Neterhat school Principal, Chairman Manuu & ret. Principal, advised students to study with (1) Concentration with understanding (2) Association with known to unknown (3) Repetition. He explained every points to students.
Sultan Ahmad Sb, I.T Engineer and Managing Director of Megasoft educations Pvt. Ltd. He was impressed with BA and its activities. He  advised the student to do hard work to achieve the goal and offer his services.

The 12th award ceremony was held on 24th August 2010 in Najam High School Patna at 2 P.M.  Our chief guest was Janab Fazal e Rab, Prsesident of Rabta committee. He gave a long lecture to students citing many examples of persons like Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President of India, and father of Indian space technology, who came from similar family background as the students at these coaching centres. He urged the students to do hard work as they have got a very lucky platform. Every student must utilize it to the maximum.
Shoib Khan sb, IPS, in his lecture to students cited the example of 4 students of last batch who are getting admission in diploma civil engineering in MANUU, thus fulfilling a dream that only the children of well-to-do families have.
Janab Enam Khan Sb recited part of Quran and the programme ended over Dua by him. Manzurul Haque sb was present in the meeting, to encourage the students. Under his focused efforts, the boys from last batch of Grade-10 had been able to reach MANUU.

The 11th award ceremony was held on 26th July 2010 in Najam High School Patna at 5 P.M.  Mr. Mumtaz Alam Falahi, took video interview of Br. Anwar Bari Sb, asking questions about activities of BA. He covered the entire awards ceremony, and published it in his newspaper [ click to read ]. The awards were given by Anwar Bari Sb, Tarique Farid Sb and Mumtaz Alam Falahi Sb. Br. Anwar Bari attended awards ceremony at Muzzaffarpur (22 July) and Darbhanga (24 July) also.  He motivated the students to do hard work and take advantage of this coaching centre. He introduced the 4 boys who qualified for engineering, few days back they were sitting on benches and after few days, insha-Allah, they will stand here as chief guests.  Mumtaz Alam Falahi Sb also gave short speech along with Tarique Farid Sb. The programme started with recitation of Quran by Enam Khan Sb, who then introduced the guests. The programme ended with the Dua of Maulana Anisur Rahman Qasmi Sb.
