The event strives to provide a platform for young engineers, scientists, academicians and people from industry to collaborate and define the course of the development of science and technology in our state. It particularly aims towards identifying the areas of opportunities and helping students and creating an environment to produce a quality of resource pool.
Inspired from the encouraging feedbacks and participations from SciTechFest 2005, Scientific Foresight 2006 is a leap ahead and committed to stand on the expectations.
This TECH FEST is aimed to provide an opportunity to explore the
hidden aptitude of the budding engineers & scientists.
Participating students will be able to develop their interests and
awareness about the contemporary industrial and research trends in areas of
science and technology. Participating students will be able to make them up to
date their technical knowledge and will be able to enhance their communication
and presentation skills.
Eminent personalities from academia and industry are invited to
deliver keynote address in each technical session.
The event would include paper presentations, panel discussions and model presentations in sessions.
The EVENT invites proposals for
Research Paper Presentations,
Projects demonstrations,
Poster Presentations,
Panel discussions.

Event Date : 23rd and 24th of December, 2006.
Last date for submission of abstracts for proposals :21st November 2006
Registration fee: Rs 100/- after the abstract is accepted.
Structure of the abstract: Title of paper, Author’s and guide’s name and detail,
Mailing address and email address, the abstract must not have more than 500 words.
