Md Zeshan Alam, a student of class IXth in Rahbar Free Coaching Centre, Arwal.
Md. Jawed Aslam Sb, introduced all the guests and invitees. He briefed the audience about Bihar Anjuman and Rahbar Coaching Centre. Then, he called upon Janab Shah Imran Sb. to advise the students.
Janab Sayeed Quraishi Sb., the Chief Guest, expressed his pleasure on being invited to this special occasion and thanked all the members of Bihar Anjuman for establishing and managing such an excellent centre. In his brief speech, he said, "Aptitude with attitude brings you very high. Disciple is also important with your knowledge. We should achieve good manners and remove bad manners. He urged the students to maintain discipline in this centre and take good care of their studies, with their focus solely directed towards acquiring knowledge."

The Award Ceremony started at 08 a.m. with recital of the Holy Qur’an by Shamsher Alam. Shamsher Alam is a student of class Xth of Rahbar Free Coaching Centre, Arwal.
Md. Jawed Aslam Sb, introduced all the guests and invitees. He introduced Bihar Anjuman and the concept of Rahbar Coaching Centres to the attendees. Then he called upon the chief guest, Maulana Taiyab Sb. to express his thoughts.

Inauguration Ceremony, 1st August 2010
The 9th Rahbar coaching centre got inaugurated despite disturbances from bad weather. The local attendance was not encouraging. However, student’s participation was very good. Arwal is situated 3 hour drive form Patna. The programme started with Tilawat–e-Quran by local Hafiz.
Enam Khan Sb, convenor of Patna chapter, introduced Bihar Anjuman and informed the audience about the objectives of the project, and that this coaching centre was sponsored by Banglore chapter. Mufti Md. Suhrab Nadvi sb, Naib Nazim, Imarat Sharia, gave a brief lecture over importance of education and highlighted that this was a god-gifted opportunity coming through BA. Students were motivated by him to do hard work for giving good results. It was raining again and arrangement was in open. The programme was cut short. The programme ended with dua by Mufti of Imarat Sharia.
