Introductory speech was delivered by Dr Wasimul haque Sb, who briefed the audience about the aims and objectives of Bihar Anjuman, and its RAHBAR Coaching Centres.

The 4th award ceremony of this center started at 8:00 am in the premises of D. A. Public School, Barharia, Siwan. Program started with the recital of holy Quran by Maulana Janab Shamshad sb.
The program was anchored by Janab Maulana Shamshad Sb., he welcomed the chief guest and introduced him to the audience. He explained the activities of Bihar Anjuman and its coaching project objectives.
The Chief Guest in his speech appreciated the work being done by Rahbar Coaching Centre and explained the importance of education. He also mentioned that knowledge is not only the building block for a bright future but also for the success of the Muslim society as a whole.
The ceremony was followed by prize distribution to the students who had scored well in Oct. exams.

Janab Dr.Wasimul Haq sb was invited to present the progress report of the month september.he dealt in detail with aims and objectives of BA and RCC. he expressed his gratitude towards all the members,moderators,sponsor and wished thatefforts would definitely pay some day.
Janab Prof. Qamar Parwez sb, the C.G. was so pleased to witness the occasion.he narrated his student life and discused the hurdle in the path of success.he advised the students to get up early in the morning for their studies. he said that always be respectful and obedient towards his parent,teachers and elders.
Janab Basheer Ahmad sb invited Dr.Mamon Yahya sb, Shakeel Ahmad, Mahmood Alam sb to hand over the Rahbar prizes of different categories to the students of grade 8th and 9th. The students of grade 10th were given special prizes by the chief guest and also overall topper of RCC (in the memory of late Faiyazuddin sb.)

Welcoming the guests, guardians and students, Dr. Hamza Usmani told the students to be honest and sincere with their studies. Dr. Wasimul Haque Sb. elaborated the objectives of RCC and activities of RCC and Bihar Anjuman. He underlined the need of quality education which only helps community and nation in achieving distinction and dreams. He exhorted the locals to support the Coaching Centre whole heartedly and make run the Centre in an ideal way.
Rizwan Mustafa Sensitizing the backwardness of the minority community, he appreciated BA for this kind of noble work undertaken by BA and promised to support such causes.
Dr Nurul Haque explained the need of such centre for poor and downtrodden people specially in the backdrop of failure of Govt machinery in providing quality education.
The prizes were distributed by chief guest. A special prize (overall topper of RCC) was sponsored by Prof. Sarfaraz Ahmad, Gopeshwar College, Hathua (in fond memory of his father Late Faiyazuddin Ahmad Sb.) being given away every month at this RCC. The Inauguration program of RCC Barharia, Siwan, was organized at D.A. Public School, Barharia. The program started at 5.00 pm with recital of the Holy Qura’n by Janab Moulana Mohd. Qusim Sb.
The program was anchored by Mohd. Sarfuddin sb.; he welcomed the Chief Guest Janab Shakeel Ahmad and introduced him to the audience as the founder of Bihar Anjuman.
Prof. Hashmi Sb. also introduced the audience about the good deeds of Shakeel sb. Prof Hashmi sb. said that it is due to his constant efforts that thousands of needy and poor students are being educated throughout Bihar and Jharkhand. He also explained about RCC, its objectives and expressed his wish to support Barharia centre by all means.
Janab Irshad Ahmad sb said that it is a good step taken by Bihar Anjuman, and he expressed his interest to help this centre.
Dr. Mohd. Sarfaraz Ahmad Sb. announced that he will provide monthly scholarship awards in his father’s name to three highest scoring students of RCC, Barharia, as he is doing for the RCC Gopalganj @ Hathwa.
Janab Shakeel Ahmad Sb informed that Barharia is the 22nd centre in the list of Rahbar coaching centres. He told that Bihar Anjuman wants to open RCC in every district of Bihar & Jharkhand for poor students who are forced to join Government schools wherein they hardly get any opportunity to learn and become meritorious. He briefed that this is a mission to reduce the school drop-outs among weaker sections of the society, and thus raise the percentage representation of muslims among the Indian graduates from the present 4% to at least the percentage of their population. He further informed that Bihar Anjuman’s efforts do not stop at the 10th grade level, but goes much further to ensure that the students passing 10th grade from these centers must get respectable employment as quickly as possible. He told that education is the only tool to improve our social-economic condition, and contribute positively to the Indian economy so as to make it the world’s top economic power.
Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Wasimul Haque, the team-leader of this RCC, who is a Medical Officer with Govt. Bihar, and a native of Chapra (Saran) district. He expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude, on behalf of people of Barharia, to Bihar Anjuman for opening this RCC in a remote place like Barharia. He also thanked all the guests and the entire local public for attending this momentous event. The program concluded at 7.00 pm.
